Chester Half Marathon

2012 Chester Half Marathon done. Managed 1 hour 33 minutes 38 seconds so I'm quite pleased. I have done the cold bath treatment for my pained legs  - that was hard going itself. A well organised event with great atmosphere.

Chester 1/2 Marathon

I know its not a bike event, but I'm running the Chester 1/2 Marathon on Sunday probably in Sunlight colours. I might leave my bike at the Yacht (1/2 way point) and gain some time.

Scotland MTB trip

Yo Sunlighters - I hope you are all well. Just had a long weekend up in Scotland mountain biking at Glentress, Innerleithen and the Ae forest. The trails up there are pretty good as was the food and accomodation. Strongly recommend a trip up there.
